Morgan Stanley appoints Sona Menon as head of OCIO business

Morgan Stanley has appointed Sona Menon, formerly a partner at Cambridge Associates, as the new head of its $184 billion outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) business, effective April. She replaces Alper Daglioglu, who left for Brookfield Asset Management. The OCIO sector is rapidly expanding, with assets expected to reach $4.2 trillion in the U.S. by 2028, driven by nonprofits and healthcare institutions increasingly outsourcing investment management.
